If you received the order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately. Your order will be delivery by FedEx, please examine the contents before signing acceptance, particularly if the package is damaged. If the package is damaged and the contents are missing or damaged, refuse delivery. Once you have signed for the package, it is your responsibility to file a claim for any missing or damaged goods.
