At every quarter of a year, the third Thursday marks a very special date. Falling on October 17th this 2019, we are talking about “Get to Know your Customer Day” Moreover, customer appreciation has always been prevalent in Adamant Gold. Therefore we have decided to dedicate this week’s blog post to a customer. Today, staff member Diana S. we will be interviewing the wonderful Maria O.

Introduction

Diana S: Good Evening Maria, thank you for agreeing to this customer exclusive interview today. Please tell us a little about yourself.

Maria O: Of course! My pleasure. My name is Maria. I am 33 year old social worker who is happily married and has 2 children.

Diana S: How wonderful. Well then, let’s start with your first encounter with Adamant Gold. How did you come across the company? Was there anything that particularly caught your eye?

Maria O: I actually found Adamant Gold through social media. Like most soon to be brides, I had Pinterest boards full of ideas and pages bookmarked like no tomorrow. The pressure of finding a wedding ring was setting in and I couldn’t find the one I had envisioned my whole life. As I was scrolling through Instagram, I ran into the Adamant Gold page. Looking at design after design, I soon started to fall in love with the jewelry provided by the company. From the Instagram page, I later went onto their website. Sooner than later, I found the piece of my dreams, and I knew it would be the one on my finger on my special day.

Diana S: It seems as though it was almost meant to be, don’t you think.

Maria O: Yes (laughing) you could definitely say it was something like that.

Diana S: What inclined you into actually purchasing a piece?

Maria O: After doing more research, what made me buy was the quality of the work given. I could see that the diamonds used were radiant and beautifully taken care of. Through demonstration of their process, they convinced me that they weren’t all talk. As I received my ring, I knew I made a great choice!

Diana S: Speaking of the wedding ring, what was your first reaction to receiving it?

Maria O: I was honestly star struck. Not to exaggerate but it almost brought me to tears. I had imagined the ring all my life, and to finally have it felt amazing. I knew the vows I was making with my loved one were properly represented by the piece, and I could not be more happy.
